Most mornings you’ll find the hallways filled with students with a fun coffee beverage or an energy drink in hand. Many teenagers say it’s a good way to start their day, while others just like to have something refreshing when they get up so early for school. After taking a poll of students here at West, it was shocking to find the one stop most students gravitate towards.   

A whopping 75% of students reported that their favorite shop in the morning was Starbucks! One student’s reasoning was that it was efficient for their schedule, while another student claimed the holiday menu kept them coming back! Student orders also range from the signature pink drink to something simpler like tea. This is no shock when you go to Starbucks in the morning and see the number of student customers you can spot in the drive-thru and inside getting their mobile orders on school mornings. But Starbucks wasn’t the only popular spot; Dunkin and 7 Brew were close contenders. So next time you take a lap around the school in the morning, see how many people you can count with a drink in their hand!
