Daniel Bednarz opened Gost Coffee in New Lenox, IL in June 2019. He got his shop name from his tag graffiti name “Gost.” He sells wholesale coffee and coffee infused products. He sells snacks, coffee, toys and other merchandise. They have whole bean coffee that, by request, can be ground. They also have K-Cups available. There is indoor and outdoor seating available and it has a wide range of coffee and tea products. 

He visits different countries all around the world and he establishes relationships with his suppliers.  The coffee has different varieties and flavors. He sources coffee all over the world. He gets special coffee from Guatemala, El Salvador, East Africa, East Indies, and Costa Rica.  What is unique about Gost Coffee is that he always brings in new kinds of coffee; there is always something new. He uses aluminum packages with paper and aesthetically pleasing labels.

His coffee business has a family vibe. It was very seamless in how the shop runs. I believe this because of  the way they make the coffee and how they interact with each other and their customers. On my visit, the barista was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the daily brew with oat milk. I would give my experience a 10/10 and I would recommend this coffee shop to all coffee drinkers and coffee connoisseurs.
