Dear Seniors,

You are a class I will never forget. You were so much fun in class, as well as hard working and devoted to the task at hand. You were high achievers who knew what you wanted and set your mind on making it happen. I enjoyed that I got to have some of you in class more than once. My favorite poster in my room says, “Live the way you want to be remembered.” It is my hope that you continue your years outside of Lincoln-Way living the way you want to be remembered. I know I will have fond memories of your class for years to come. I remember you as a hard working class. You were devoted to the task at hand. You devoted time before and after school to ask questions, and you devoted energy and time when you got home late after sports and activities to practice the skills you learned in class. You had great goals and aspirations and were good at setting priorities and making plans to achieve your goals. You didn’t take the easy way out, but instead you were courageous in asking questions in order to learn and achieved the dreams you set before yourself. You were also a kind and thoughtful class who cared about others and greeted your teachers as though you cared about them too. You should be proud of how you lived your Lincoln-Way years! I believe you can do anything you set your mind to, and I believe you will be kind and compassionate to those around you in the process. I hope you continue to live your future years exactly the way you want to be remembered.
