The Chicago Blackhawks’ start of the season has not been so hot. They lost their first two games to big rivals. The first loss was to the St. Louis Blues. Although Duncan Keith scored a goal at the end of the game, the Hawks still lost 5 to 2. Their second loss of the season was to the Nashville Predators. Starting goalie Corey Crawford had a bad game allowing 3 goals for a final score of 3-2. The team’s first win came the very next night when they faced the Nashville Predators again. This time, Scott Darling was in net for the Hawks rather than Corey Crawford. Darling came up with a lot of big saves in the first period to keep them in the game early. The Hawks won the game 5-3. Hopefully, the Blackhawks can continue to win and fans can forget about their shaky start this season.
